Yes, you can. We recommend that you only use Command Strips to hang things because many times those can be removed without damaging the walls. In the event that you cannot remove the strips or you use nails or anchors to hang things, those walls will need to be repainted before you move out in order to make sure you get your deposit returned. Typically we charge $60 per wall to paint and patch damaged walls when we have to do it after your move out.

We try to reach out to all maintenance requests within 24 hours during the work week, many times within hours, to let you know when we will be able to check out the situation. Most of the time, within a day or two we are able to handle most requests. We have a great team of maintenance pros that work directly for us that handle most issues, and we have a great team of outside vendors for tricky issues. Most of the vendors we use have been working for us for decades.
